To maximize access to backup files, you can create the backups on-site and mirror them to an off-site electronic backup site. In the event of a fire or natural disaster that makes on-site data unavailable, the mirrored backup file can be restored to alternative physical or virtual facilities to get you up and running in a minimal amount of time.
